Miles IT is looking for a Lead Database Administrator to serve as the strategic architect of our data ecosystem, bridging the gap between legacy on-premise stability and the future of Azure cloud scalability. We aren't just looking for someone to maintain the status quo; we need a strategic visionary who can bridge the gap between legacy on-premise stability and the cutting-edge possibilities of Azure cloud. As the primary architect of our multi-tenant SaaS database strategy, you will be the guardian of our system health and the mentor to a talented team of DBAs and developers.
If you thrive on solving complex performance puzzles—from advanced query tuning to high-availability disaster recovery—and have a passion for translating technical excellence into business growth, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. You will lead high-stakes migrations, define long-term roadmaps, and ensure that our data platforms are as secure and cost-efficient as they are powerful. At Miles IT, your expertise won't just support the business; it will drive it.
