Ray Skillman Ford & Hyundai is seeking a Lease Here Pay Here Receptionist/Collections position!
Duties Include:
Greet visitors.
Answer and forward phone calls.
Address visitor questions or help navigate them to the correct department or employee.
Maintain office supplies.
Clerical tasks.
Sort & distribute mail/invoices.
Filing paperwork.
Update and maintain customer data.
Contact & maintain communication with debtors.
Comply with State & Federal law while collecting vehicle lease payments due and past due.
Collect cash, debit, & credit payments and issue receipts.
Resolve or navigate customer complaints to management.
Manage and track sign in and out of leased vehicle keys.
Pay is based on experience
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
