Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading for accuracy
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Assist with clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, and managing office supplies inventory
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to questions and resolving issues in a courteous manner
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant platforms to streamline daily operations
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is advantageous
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), and basic bookkeeping tools
- Excellent phone etiquette and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
**PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE**
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
