Caregiver / Resident Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm)
Location: The Residence at Presque Isle Bay — Erie, PA
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Position Type: Part-Time (3 days per week with rotating weekend coverage)
- Caregiver / Resident Assistant: $15.60 / hour
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $16.60 / hour (includes $1.00/hr CNA differential)
- Tenure-Based Raise Program: Earn an additional $2.00 / hour raise after your first year of service!
- Perfect Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional $1.00 / hour raise every year for maintaining perfect attendance.
The Residence at Presque Isle Bay, an Integracare community, is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers and CNAs to join our 2nd shift team on a part-time basis! In this role, you will assist residents through their afternoon activities, dinner service, and bedtime routines, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported, and well-cared for.

- Assist residents with afternoon and evening activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, personal hygiene, and preparing for rest.
- Assist with evening meal service and support residents in the dining room.
- Answer resident call lights promptly and attentively.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided and report updates to line nursing staff.
- Foster a warm, safe, and respectful environment for all residents and team members.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification: Current PA CNA license required to receive the $16.60/hr tier. (Non-certified Caregivers are fully welcome to apply at the $15.60/hr tier).
- Experience: Prior experience in senior living, personal care, or caregiving preferred, but enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic are fully welcome to apply—we provide comprehensive training!
- Requirements: Must pass standard pre-employment background checks and health screenings.
