Compensation & Pay Structure:
- Starting pay of $23.75/hour
- Bonus plan to 38-42 Hours based on performance
- Weekly direct deposit pay schedule
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours

Your Role:
As a Delivery Associate, you’ll:
- Deliver packages efficiently and accurately
- Work independently while managing your own route and schedule
- Operate in all weather conditions — rain, snow, or shine
- Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Stay active, getting in and out of the vehicle throughout the day
- Follow all safety, navigation, and customer service procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Age 21+ with a valid driver’s license
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience preferred
- Strong time management and accountability skills
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Works well independently and in a team setting
- Prior delivery experience is helpful but not required
