Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Our practice is a full service general dental office. Our office is open Monday-Thursday, alternating Fridays and Saturdays. Personality is a big part of our office and we are looking for employees that will make our patients feel comfortable and calm. You must be comfortable speaking and chatting it up with our patients. You must also be okay with dealing with patients of all ages from children to seniors.

Requirements:
-MUST BE RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL
- Great people skills
- Experience a plus but not necessary
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Nice friendly smile
- Self-Motivated and positive attitude
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Comfortable working with kids, adults, and seniors of all backgrounds
- Must be a fast learner
- Must be open to assist when/if necessary
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Front Desk
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records accurately using Dentrix Ascend software
Skills:
- Experience is a plus but not necessary
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
