We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support all five of our restaurant locations.
This role is responsible for keeping our facilities and equipment running efficiently and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
Responsibilities: Perform routine and emergency maintenance across all locations Handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment repairs Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and costs When repairs exceed scope, coordinate with outside vendors Obtain, review, and approve quotes for external repairs Oversee third-party work to ensure quality and completion Maintain clear communication with management on all projects
Requirements: Experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair) Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable transportation to travel between locations Availability for urgent or after-hours issues as needed Details:
