Overview
We are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to join our team. If you have a background in sports coaching, education, or lifeguarding, and enjoy teaching kids how to swim, this position is perfect for you.

We have a mission to teach kids how to swim and be safer, in and around the water, while making their experience GOLDEN! Working for Goldfish Swim School will allow you to provide children and families with necessary life skills to combat the ever-growing drowning statistics. Whether you are in the pool leading instruction for our swimmers or warmly greeting our members in our tropical lobby as a front desk representative, you are making an impact.
Responsibilities
- Instruct students with our Goldfish curriculum and water safety
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' skill levels
- Provide positive feedback to students and parents to help them improve their swimming abilities
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment during swim lessons
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress regularly

Experience
- Previous experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- High energy & strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills and patience are essential for this role
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
