The applicant will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of single family homes in the Central Ohio Area. The applicant needs good people, phone and communication skills and the ability to work with customer issues. The applicant will answer phones, work with customers for sales and leasing deals, create contract documents and aid in the tenant document prep and move-in as well as working with buyers to get to a successful closing.
Computer skills are essential and experience with navigating the internet and using social media platforms as well as Office 365. Prior experience with sales and leasing as well as certain specific application software would be a plus.
A college education is a plus but not necessary especially if the applicant has prior residential sales and leasing experience. The basic hours for this position are normal weekday business hours 9 am to 5 pm. There is also a need for evening and weekend attention to text, email and phone checks as they relate to sales and leasing.
Autumnwood Homes has been in business in the central Ohio area since 1987. It is a privately held company involved in design/build of new homes and rehab and remodel of homes that are purchased for that purpose.
This is a company with a small close staff which will allow this candidate to learn a lot about the residential construction and leasing business and grow in knowledge and experience as he/she progresses with the company.
