We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position performing trailer repairs, maintenance, welding, fabrication, and accessory installation.
Pay: $22–$26/hour based on experience
Potential Total Earnings: $24–$29/hour with our monthly service commission plan.
What You’ll Do
- Repair and maintain new and used trailers.
- Perform welding, structural repairs, redecks, repacks, and general maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair trailer bearings, brakes, lights, and wiring.
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters and cutting torches.
- Perform safety inspections and assist customers with trailer hookups.
- Assemble, park, and move trailers.
- Operate a forklift safely.
- Complete service paperwork and computer entries accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of applicable experience preferred.
- Proven welding experience required.
- Forklift operation experience required.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting required.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.

- Up to an additional $3/hour through monthly service commission
