VA State Inspector / Automotive Technician
3-Day Work Week | 6 Weeks Off Per Year
Grace Auto Sales and Service is looking for a licensed Virginia State Inspector who wants something better than the normal technician grind.
This is not a typical 5–6 day shop schedule. This position is built around a better quality of life: a 3-day workweek and approximately 6 weeks off per year while still working in a busy, growing, professional dealership environment.
We specialize in Honda, Toyota, Lexus, and Acura vehicles, and we are growing our service department with people who want to be respected, supported, and part of something long-term.
Why This Job Is Different
Most technician jobs ask you to give more and more of your life to the shop.
We are trying to build the opposite.
At Grace Auto, we believe technicians should have time for their family, their health, their goals, and their life outside of work. We want great people who take pride in their work, and we want to create a schedule and environment that helps them stay in the industry long-term.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, licensed, skilled, and tired of the normal burnout schedule.
