About the Job
The CoBuilders LLC is seeking a reliable Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to maintain a federal recruiting facility of approximately 2,872 square feet at 1580 Space Center Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80915. This is a secure site that supports military operations and requires professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail.
Schedule & Working Hours
- 2 visits per week, approx. 1.5 hours per visit
Scheduled times:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Paid monthly by direct deposit
- No work on federal holidays
Pay
- $23.71/hour
- Approx. $71/week | $308/month
- Paid on the last business day of each month
Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, floors, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash, replace liners, and restock restroom/kitchen supplies
- Light dusting and interior glass cleaning
- Keep janitorial closet organized and secure
- Report facility issues (leaks, lighting, pests) promptly
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background screening may be required
- Valid state-issued photo ID while on site
- Bring your own basic PPE (gloves, safety glasses) and small cleaning hand tools (cloths, handheld duster)
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
