As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages promptly.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.

Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest experience.

Ensure food safety standards are met while serving food and beverages.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and kitchen stations.

Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the establishment.
Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or as a server in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.

Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.

Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Team player who can assist colleagues as needed in the kitchen or dining area.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
