Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Banquet Server. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during banquets and special events, ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, including wine and specialty drinks, while maintaining proper food handling and safety standards.
- Set up banquet tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces to create an inviting dining environment.
- Buss tables promptly during and after events, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for subsequent guests.
- Provide attentive guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and fostering positive guest relations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is highly preferred; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
