Position Overview:
As an Independent Outreach Consultant, your focus is on building meaningful relationships with small business owners and brand agents. Through your outreach efforts, you will introduce them to our range of personalized merchandise, online store setups, and memberships. This is not about traditional sales—it’s about connecting with businesses, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that help them thrive. Key Responsibilities:

- Outreach Events: Host virtual or in-person events, networking sessions, or social media campaigns to promote The Gift Design Company’s offerings.
- Client Support & Engagement: Provide ongoing support, nurture client relationships, and ensure repeat business through memberships and product reorders.
- Business Development: Use your creativity and network to identify new opportunities for growth, collaborating with like-minded professionals to build a strong community.
- Mentorship Program: Leverage mentorship from experienced consultants who will guide you in overcoming challenges and growing your outreach efforts.

Compensation:
This is a flexible, commission-based role that allows you to take control of your time, your approach, and your growth. 100% commission-based income with uncapped earning potential. You’ll earn commissions on memberships, product orders, and custom online store setups. Commissions are paid monthly to ensure regular payouts, and recurring commissions ensure a stable income over time.
