Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, their families, medical staff, and other members of the care team
- Perform patient-specific assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patients’ progress
- Continuously review and update nursing knowledge
- Ensure accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Must be a Florida Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have current BLS certification
- Previous Home Health experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
