Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Deliver face to face sales presentations of products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer questions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Assist with in-store promotions, displays, and event setups
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
- Track sales activity and customer interactions using internal systems
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive store performance
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the retail location
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development
Qualifications
- Previous experience or strong interest in retail sales, customer service, or marketing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce.
