Position Title: Production Supervisor
Reports to: Production Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Summary / Objective
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our commercial cutting board manufacturing operation in Doraville, Georgia. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining efficient workflow, and supporting a positive, team-oriented culture.
Our commercial cutting board division was founded in 2014 and has grown to represent approximately 25% of our overall business. We serve customers across every sector of the foodservice industry and have built our reputation on customization, quality craftsmanship, fast lead times, excellent packaging, and American-made products.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily production operations for all commercial cutting board manufacturing activities.
2. Lead and support team members operating: Cutting stations (saws), Routing stations, CNC machines, Laser engravers, and Packaging and shipping stations.
3. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
4. Maintain accountability for the quality of every cutting board that leaves our facility.
5. Train, coach, and develop production staff to maximize performance and safety.
6. Coordinate effectively with office staff regarding production priorities, scheduling, and customer requirements.
7. Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and product quality.
8. Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to meet changing business demands.
9. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
10. Promote workplace safety and ensure adherence to company procedures and standards.
Direct Reports:
Production team members across all manufacturing stations.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience operating or supervising CNC equipment.
● Spanish-speaking ability.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
