Lead the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs, including onboarding, manager development, and role-specific learning.
-
Partner with leaders and managers to identify capability gaps and develop practical learning solutions; support training facilitation, workshops, and learning events.
-
Manage the organization's L&D content and resources through platforms such as SharePoint and Truly University, ensuring content remains current and accessible.
-
Coordinate the annual performance review process, including timelines, communications, system administration, reporting, and manager support.
-
Support talent management initiatives including development planning, goal setting, succession planning, talent reviews, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
-
Own HR projects from planning through execution, developing project plans, tracking deliverables, coordinating communications, and keeping stakeholders informed.
-
Build practical tools, templates, and processes that improve HR efficiency and the employee experience.
-
Partner with HR and Safety leaders to integrate safety and compliance training into onboarding and development programs.
-
Serve as a trusted and credible HR resource to managers and employees across the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality.
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
3–6 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated experience in learningdevelopment, HR program administration, and/or HR generalist responsibilities.
-
Experience designing, coordinating, or facilitating training for both hourly and salaried employees.
-
Experience supporting HR programs such as performance management, onboarding, employee engagement, or talent development.
-
Experience partnering directly with a senior HR leader and independently managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience with an LMS and online learning platforms; proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
-
Strong project management, organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
-
Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
-
A solutions-oriented mindset, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
-
SHRM-CP, PHR, CPTD, or similar HR/L&D certification, or active progress toward certification.
-
Experience in manufacturing, foodbeverage, distribution, CPG, or another operational environment.
-
Experience supporting a multi-site or plant-based workforce.
-
Familiarity with instructional design principles or adult learning theory.
-
Experience with talent management or performance management systems.
-
Conversational Spanish is a plus.
This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on how employees learn, grow, and succeed across the organization. You'll have significant ownership of L&D and talent programs while working closely with senior HR leadership and leaders throughout the business.
If you're an HR professional who is organized, curious, collaborative, and energized by helping people develop, we'd love to hear from you.
