Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple areas, including MD house cleanings, apartment cleanings, and Dc small entrance cleanings.
- Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety protocols
- Oversee the proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct quality inspections regularly to verify cleanliness levels meet company standards and client expectations
- Handle picking up client checks after cleaning to office

- Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles with a strong background in commercial or hospitality environments
- Supervising or management experience in janitorial or housekeeping operations is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Good driver
- 2 years experience

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
