The Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Finished Goods Warehouse, including material flow from production, pallet storage and inventory control, inspection and release activities, shipment staging, vehicle loading, dispatch coordination, and warehouse personnel. The Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor ensures efficient warehouse operations, maximizes storage utilization, maintains accurate WMS/SAP inventory records, and supports on-time, in-full (OTIF) customer deliveries. This position works closely with Production, PPC, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure finished goods are properly stored, inspected, staged, documented, and dispatched in accordance with Waaree standards and customer requirements.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises daily Finished Goods warehouse operations and coordinates the movement of finished goods from production to warehouse storage and final shipping.

Assigns and maintains pallet storage locations according to warehouse layout, slotting requirements, inventory status, and available space.

Maximizes warehouse space utilization through effective pallet placement, staging, storage, and organization.

Oversees daily Finished Goods pallet inventory, including location tracking, ageing, pallet movement, and reconciliation within the WMS.

Coordinates inspection and PSI activities with Quality and customer inspection teams and ensures cleared material is properly released for shipping.

Ensures only inspected and approved pallets are staged and released for customer shipment.

Plans and coordinates daily outbound activities for solar module shipments, including FTL and LTL shipments.

Supervises vehicle and trailer loading according to approved loading plans, diagrams, loading patterns, and safety requirements.

Ensures accurate loading records are maintained, including pallet counts, vehicle information, weight, photographs, and loading timestamps.

Monitors daily and weekly OTIF performance and works with internal teams to address shipping delays and exceptions.

Verifies required shipping and warehouse documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs documentation, as applicable.

Oversees daily pallet location checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation between physical inventory, WMS, and SAP records.

Investigates inventory discrepancies and ensures corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.

Ensures outbound shipments meet Waaree packaging, loading, handling, securing, quality, and safety standards.

Identifies and reports packaging, pallet, handling, or loading issues to management and India HQ for corrective action.

Supervises, trains, and supports warehouse employees on FG processes, loading procedures, inventory control, WMS/SAP transactions, and safety requirements.

Coordinates with Production, PPC, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, and transportation providers to maintain smooth FG flow and timely shipments.

Maintains accurate WMS/SAP transactions, dispatch trackers, inventory records, SLA logs, exception reports, and other required documentation.

Provides daily and weekly updates on warehouse inventory, outbound status, OTIF performance, exceptions, capacity, and operational issues.

Supports warehouse audits, MIS reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and reporting requirements from India HQ.

Identifies opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, space utilization, loading processes, and overall outbound performance.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or manufacturing experience.

Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required.

Experience with finished goods, palletized inventory, shipping, staging, and loading operations.

Experience with WMS, SAP, ERP, or similar inventory management systems.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus (especially in Spanish)

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout warehouse and loading areas for extended periods.

Ability to safely work around forklifts, trucks, trailers, palletized materials, and other warehouse equipment.

Ability to work varying schedules, including extended hours, weekends, or holidays as required.
