A Speech-Language Pathologist CFY (SLP-CFY) evaluates and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, supporting patient recovery and communication improvement.
Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong communication skills and clinical judgement required.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Current Basic Life Support/CPR Card.
Possess or eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY).
License or eligible for licensure in state.
