Position Summary
Oryza Group, LLC is seeking a MESF Force Development Subject Matter Expert to support Maritime Expeditionary Security Group ONE under the Force Generation Professional Support Services requirement. This position will support force development, force generation, training, and readiness.
The selected candidate must possess recent NECC and/or expeditionary experience developing training and readiness initiatives, significant operational and readiness experience, and the ability to prepare written products and oral briefings for MESF leadership and other organizations within the community of interest.
This position is contingent upon contract award, funding availability, Government/customer approval, verification of qualifications, and Oryza’s final staffing determination. Submission of a candidate for proposal purposes does not guarantee employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the MESF Force Development Subject Matter Expert
- Support the development, assessment, refinement, and implementation of force development, training, and readiness initiatives.
- Provide operational, training, and readiness expertise in support of MESF force generation requirements.
- Develop, review, and update training-related materials, readiness products, briefings, reports, and written recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver oral briefings to MESF leadership, stakeholders, and organizations within the community of interest.
- Coordinate with Government personnel, MESF leadership, and other applicable organizations as required.
- Support force development planning, readiness alignment, and process improvement efforts.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to create professional documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and related work products.
- Use civilian and/or Government-approved Artificial Intelligence assistance tools only when authorized and appropriate under applicable contract, security, and customer requirements.
