Square One Heating and Cooling is a leading provider of heating and A/C services in the Burlington area. We are currently seeking two (2) full-time, experienced Lead HVAC Service and Installation Technicians to join our team.

Position Summary & Core Expectations
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently or lead a crew in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses an internal drive to succeed. Exceptional communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Service & Installation: Execute high-quality residential and/or commercial HVAC service, diagnostics, maintenance, and installations across the Burlington area.
- Crew Management: Take responsibility for leading on-site installation and service crews, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional workmanship on every project.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and exceptional communication to customers regarding their heating and cooling systems.
- Operational Excellence: Complete all technical tasks with high attention to detail while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional representation of the company.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
Applicants must hold a valid EPA Certification and possess a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Experience: 2–3 years of dedicated, hands-on HVAC service and installation experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Certifications:
- Valid EPA Certification (Required)
- NATE Certification (A strong plus)
- Core Skills: Crew management experience, sharp attention to detail, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
- Compliance: Must possess a clean driving record and legal authorization to work in the United States.
