Director of Nursing (DON) – Skilled Nursing Facility

What You'll Do:
- Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing operations
- Ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance
- Mentor, develop, and support nursing staff
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes
What We're Looking For:
- Current RN license
- Previous DON or nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
