The site supports medical, industrial, and precision gear applications with a focused, technically capable team.
Role Description
We are seeking a Tool Maker to support the build, repair, and maintenance of prototype and production tooling. This role is critical to maintaining production readiness and supporting ongoing process and product development.
This is a first-shift position (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday).
Key Responsibilities
· Build, revise, and repair injection molds and fixtures
· Create and maintain tooling (CNC & manual)
· Perform tool changeovers and configuration updates per production requirements
· Troubleshoot tooling issues and support root cause resolution
· Disassemble, clean, and reassemble tools per maintenance plans
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Qualifications
· Technical training in toolmaking or equivalent experience
· Experience working with close-tolerance tooling
· CNC milling, sinker and wire EDM experience preferred (programming and operating)
· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capability
