What You’ll Do
As an Admissions Counselor, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them take the next step toward their future.
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process from inquiry to start
- Build relationships with students and families as a trusted advisor
- Communicate program offerings, admissions requirements, and financial aid options
- Follow up consistently via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Meet performance goals in a dynamic, results-driven environment
- Represent the university with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 1+ year of admissions, sales, or customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday: Alternating schedule- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Alternating Saturdays (with a weekday off one to two times per month)
