Seeking a LONG TERM 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR PART TIME PSYCHIATRIC LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER to work in our Integrated Facility for Outpatient Treatment Program for those suffering from addiction.
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses - crisis episodes
- Prescribe psychiatric medications and treatment plans/ Follow up visits
- Facilitate psychiatric triage, ASAM designations
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
- This position will be responsible for performing thorough psychiatric evaluations and overall patient care management including ongoing assessments, medication management.
