I’ve started a painting business and I’m looking for the right man to help build it. I’m seeking someone who takes pride in his work, shows up consistently, and carries himself with integrity. A Christian man who values hard work, honesty, and doing things the right way.
You don’t need prior painting experience—but you do need a willingness to learn, work hard, and stay disciplined. This work is about more than just paint; it’s about serving people well and leaving every job better than we found it.
In this role, you’ll help transform homes and businesses through quality painting and attention to detail. From prep work to final coat, we aim for excellence in every project—whether it’s a small repaint or a full renovation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces properly (cleaning, sanding, caulking, patching, priming)
- Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Work with care and precision to deliver clean, high-quality results
- Follow safety standards and keep a disciplined, respectful work environment
