About RV Help
RV Help is a fast-growing marketplace platform connecting RV owners with certified mobile technicians nationwide. We partner with major RV manufacturers to deliver warranty and repair services faster than traditional dealer networks, resolving issues in 14 days versus the industry average of 60+. With over 1,500 service providers in our network and partnerships with leading OEMs, we're transforming how RV owners get their rigs serviced.
We're RV owners ourselves. This isn't just a job to us, it's a mission we care deeply about.
About the Role
RV Help is evolving. We started as a directory. Now we're a full marketplace, a growing suite of PRO Tools for service providers, OEM warranty partnerships, and integrated payments that let techs and inspectors run their entire business through RV Help.
That evolution means our providers have questions, concerns and knowledge on how to unlock the potential of what our platform can provide for them.
That's where you come in.
As a Provider Engagement Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of provider relationships, making proactive outbound calls to our network of 1,500+ techs and inspectors, helping them understand what's changed, why it matters for their business, and how to get the most out of RV Help. You'll work closely alongside our Director of Provider Engagement, learning from him as you build your own relationships across the network.
This is not a hard-sell role. We don't push. We listen, we understand, and we try to be genuinely additive to the providers we work with. The right person for this role leads with curiosity and earns trust through consistency.
What You'll Do
Drive Provider Activation
- Make proactive outbound calls to providers who are on the platform but haven't yet activated RV Help payments or adopted our PRO Tools
- Help providers understand how payments work, what the platform fee structure means for them, and how leveraging our tools can earn them more business
- Track and follow up on providers moving through the activation funnel
Build Real Relationships
- Have genuine, unhurried conversations with techs and inspectors about their businesses and what's working, what's frustrating, what they need
- Handle provider concerns and objections calmly and honestly, without deflecting
- Be someone providers look forward to hearing from
Learn and Represent the Platform
- Develop a deep understanding of RV Help's tools and marketplace model so you can speak to them confidently
- Participate in role-play and call shadowing during onboarding so you can hear how we engage and develop your own approach
- Surface provider feedback and recurring themes to the Director of Provider Engagement and product team
Support Network Health
- Help identify and re-engage inactive providers
- Assist in tracking engagement metrics, payments activated, tools adopted, call outcomes
- Collaborate with the Director of Provider Engagement on outreach strategy and campaigns
What We're Looking For
Required
- Comfort and confidence on the phone, this role is largely phone-based outbound outreach
- Strong listening skills and genuine curiosity about the people you talk to
- Ability to handle pushback or frustration without becoming defensive or pushy
- Self-starter who can manage your own time and stay organized in a remote environment
- Collaborative, you'll be learning from and working alongside an experienced teammate
Preferred
- Experience in a customer-facing role: account management, customer success, sales, or similar
- Familiarity with the RV industry, mobile service landscape, or home services
- Experience with CRM tools or basic pipeline tracking
Our Approach
We seek to understand before we try to persuade. We calmly share our perspective. We believe that being honest and helpful, even when a provider is frustrated, is the only way to build a network people actually want to be part of.
If that resonates with how you naturally work, this role will feel like home.
