What Will You Do:

Be an ambassador for the region by bringing a positive demeanor, being a team player with a can-do attitude and considering everyone that you interact with as a customer

Collaborate with the Administrative Services Manager to provide administrative support including:
-
greeting visitors
-
answering the phone
-
sorting/delivering mail
-
ordering office supplies
-
coordinate new hire orientations
-
Review and processes subcontract data for multiple regions into company ERP system.

Enter regional invoices into the company ERP system, when applicable
-
Enter and/or review employee reimbursement transactions into company ERP system.
- Advanced ability to manage meeting logistics (including room reservation, calendar invites, etc.) and leverages appropriate technology including TEAMS.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:

High school diploma required
-
0-3 years of administrative experience, construction experience a plus
-
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel: basic editing and formulas, PowerPoint: create presentation, basic editing, etc)

Advanced working knowledge of how to create and manipulate PDFs
-
Type 65 WPM; 10-key proficient
