Job Description
We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best.

Responsibilities
- Take 3-5 appointment calls per day to qualify, underwrite, pitch, and negotiate with distressed sellers to find a win-win scenario for both the company and the seller
- Report your daily end-of-day KPIs
- Follow up on leads
- Use eSign to close on deals
- Cold call potential prospects
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
Qualifications
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 (commission)

Pay: $50,012.50 - $80,230.11 per year
