This is NOT cold calling. Every lead is inbound, meaning customers are already reaching out to us for help with their move. Your role is to guide customers through the process, provide excellent service, and help close the sale with confidence.
We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a supportive team environment where high performers can grow and earn more.
What You Can Earn
Customer Service Representatives typically earn between $40,000–$55,000+ annually, depending on performance, sales results, and customer satisfaction scores.
Compensation includes:
- $35,000 annual base salary
- Commission on personal sales
- Higher commission opportunities on select products
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Customer satisfaction bonuses
- High performers can exceed $55,000+ annually

Schedule
- Full-time position and in the office
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service on calls and online inquiries
- Help customers choose the best moving services for their needs
- Build accurate moving estimates and schedules
- Handle customer questions professionally and confidently
- Input information into company software systems
- Work toward sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Support customers during one of the most important days in their lives
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
- Inbound sales, retail, hospitality, call center, or commission-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable asking for the sale
- Motivated by goals, bonuses, and performance
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
