1st Hand Health Care Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Nurses (Independent Contractor) to provide infusion therapy services to our patients in Delaware to join our team to administer infusion services to our patients.
As a registered nurse in our infusion services department, you will be responsible for providing medications and fluids to patients who require infusion therapy via intravenous (IV) lines.
This position requires a high level of clinical competence, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer infusion therapy to patients as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vitals and response to therapy during infusion treatments.
- Manage and maintain IV lines and equipment.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other health care professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Provide patient education and support regarding their infusion therapy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in infusion therapy or related field.
- Strong IV skills and knowledge of infusion medications and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
