Job Summary: The host/hostess position is responsible for greeting, welcoming, and entertaining our members and their guests. You are the first person our members/guests come in contact with in regards to their dining experience. This is a huge responsibility as you set the tone for their entire experience.

- Check and manage Reservation book and online reservations
- Make reservation cards (notate on cards any special requests i.e. high chair, wheel chair, etc.) for service
- Give kitchen updates on current cover counts
- Ensure you have the Special sheet from the kitchen handy to enable you to correctly answer any member inquiries
- Answer the phone
- Be knowledgeable about the menu in order to correctly answer any member inquiries
- Assign server sections for Manager’s approval
- Greets and seats guests, presents clean menus, informs them of specials
- All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our members’ and guests’ expectations
- Seek opportunities to be of service; open doors, show members to restrooms, etc.
- Observes tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
- Interacts with members and guests upon arrival and departure to ensure positive dining experience
- Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area
- Fill to go orders, if applicable
- Be warm, energetic, courteous and polite in every interaction with members and guests
- Performs other duties as directed

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 4 pm - 10 pm

Pay: $15.00 per hour
