Clinician 099 Phillipsburg - $60,000 per year - Phillipsburg, NJ
Responsibilities
- Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team grounded in the housing first approach, and coupled with an integrated service model to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing in Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset and Warren Counties
- Provides in-home counseling to CP&P referred families
- Rotating 24/7 coverage required
- Case management and case documentation
- Case conference with CP&P and other providers
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field with licensure as applicable to degree
- Knowledge and experience in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Nurtured Heart Approach preferred
- Requires a flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends
- Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history
