Key Responsibilities:Perform skilled OT evaluations and treatment in a SNF setting. Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving ADLs and functional independence. Document patient progress in compliance with CMS standards.
Qualifications: Active Occupational Therapist license in Nebraska. Degree from an accredited OT program.Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred).
