Friendship House Child Care Center is looking for a Lead Pre-K Teacher and Assistant Teacher for our program. Our center is open from 6:30am-5:45pm, Monday thru Friday. I am looking for a closer working until 5:45pm. We have children from infants through school age (up to 8 years old).
Each classroom utilizes the Creative Curriculum to teach age-appropriate academics. We are part of the STARS program, CAL Sports once a month, and music class every other week.
Teachers will create a safe environment for children to grow and learn. Our goal is to teach not only academics, but also physical, emotional, and social growth at each age level. Teachers are to have classroom management skills and maintain a clean and organized learning environment.
An Education degree or CDA is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
