We're looking for an Escrow Officer who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service. Whether you have experience in title, lending, banking, real estate, legal services, or another professional office environment, we're looking for someone who shares our values and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
What You'll Do
As an Escrow Officer, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and other real estate professionals throughout the closing process. You'll guide each transaction from receipt of the title commitment through funding and closing while ensuring every customer receives professional, accurate, and responsive service.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned closing files from opening through post-closing.
- Coordinate purchase, refinance, construction, land contract, cash, and 1031 exchange transactions.
- Prepare and complete documents within the company's production system.
- Order loan packages, mortgage payoffs, tax information, water bills, and other documentation necessary to complete each transaction.
- Coordinate with the Title Department to resolve title issues and underwriting requirements.
- Ensure files meet company procedures, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct professional, organized, and welcoming closings.
- Maintain accurate file documentation, notes, tasks, and milestones within Qualia.
- Communicate proactively with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and other real estate professionals throughout the transaction.
- Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional service and maintain efficient workflow.
- Embrace technology, automation, and continuous learning to improve efficiency and customer service.

Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Title and Escrow
- Mortgage Lending
- Banking
- Real Estate
- Legal Offices
- Professional Customer Service
Previous title experience is preferred but not required.
We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates professionalism, exceptional communication skills, organization, integrity, and a strong desire to learn.
Technology
Experience with the following is helpful:
- Qualia (or similar title production software)
- Microsoft 365
- Outlook
- Electronic document management systems
- Digital signature platforms
