- Collaborate with oncologists, palliative care physicians, anesthesiologists, hospitalists, and hospice teams
- Teach and mentor PGY1 & PGY2 Pharmacy Residents
- Participate in research, quality improvement, and clinical protocol development
- Strong physician-pharmacist collaboration with outstanding clinical autonomy

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide expert pharmacotherapy consultation for acute, chronic, neuropathic, and breakthrough pain
- Manage inpatient chemotherapy therapies
- Oversee chemotherapy preparation and dispensing
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds
- Collaborate with Oncology, Pain Management, Palliative Care, Hospital Medicine, Hospice, and Anesthesia
- Lead opioid stewardship and pain management initiatives
- Develop evidence-based treatment guidelines, order sets, and medication protocols
- Educate physicians, nurses, residents, patients, and caregivers
- Precept PGY1, PGY2 residents, and pharmacy students
- Participate in research, committee leadership, and quality improvement projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- PGY1 Residency or two years of acute care hospital pharmacy experience
- PGY2 Residency in Oncology, Pain Management, Palliative Care, or related specialty preferred but not required
- Equivalent specialty clinical experience will be considered in place of PGY2 training
