Sterling Quality Cleans is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team serving professional offices, medical practices, dental offices, and commercial facilities throughout Lake County and Chicago's North Shore.

Position Details

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, and breakrooms
- Vacuum, mop, and maintain floor surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling
- Dust and wipe desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces
- Restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed
- Follow client-specific cleaning procedures
- Secure facilities upon completion of service
Qualifications
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform routine cleaning tasks
- Professional appearance and communication

Compensation
