The Senior Director, Revenue Operations (“Director”) is a hands-on, global position responsible for overseeing order-to-cash cycle. This role’s responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing revenue recognition practices ensuring compliance with accounting standards and driving financial accuracy.
*Candidates must have revenue recognition experience in a multinational firm with over 7,000 employees to be considered for this position, as well as a CPA designation, and leadership skills. We also need a candidate with billing implementation experience (Billing Platform preferred).*

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent with at least 10+ years of Accounting and Management experience. Other experience includes:

Revenue recognition with strong knowledge of ASC 606, variable consideration experience a plus

Revenue/billing system implementation experience, Billing Platform preferred

Workday Finance Platform experience a plus

Large company and SOX experience required

Public company experience preferred

Executive presence, able to influence senior leaders

Knowledge of accounting across multiple currencies and jurisdictions

Excellent professional written and oral communication skills, keen attention to detail with strong decision making and analytical mindset
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, exposure to accounting and billing systems, and internet navigation/research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Certified Public Accountant license required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the Finance Department. Needs to have strong leadership abilities and presence. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Firm’s policies and applicable laws
