Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow
- Receive, inspect, organize, and ship inventory accurately
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Load and unload products as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate effectively with office staff, sales teams, and vendors
- Enforce safety procedures and company standards
- Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, shipping & receiving processes, and materials handling.
- Forklift operation experience required (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift and move inventory, pallets and crates
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Fast learner with excellent problem-solving abilities
Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
