Position: Medical Supervisor
Location: Flint, MI
Shift timings: Day 5x8-Hour
Compensation: Pay rate (Negotiable) + All benefits
Full- time position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the medical team
- Lead and oversee all pods
- Create new policies and processes in response to barriers or weakness in the current process
- Create individual goals for residents & staff
- Complete performance evaluations based on written expectations
Required:
- State of Michigan licensed RN.
- Experience in Adult Foster Care a plus.
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
