We're looking for someone to join our fast-growing and fun team in a full-time position (part-time considered). This role is a combination of an administrative front desk position and client-facing interaction. The most crucial aspect is interacting with and helping clients and potential clients so that everyone who comes into contact with our business feels listened to and cared for.
This person must have strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy, along with an outgoing and welcoming personality. Experience in the health and fitness world is strongly preferred, as our primary client is an active individual who cares about their health and fitness — and we want to practice what we preach.

An Overview
Our Client Success Coordinator position is considered one of the most important roles at Evolv Physical Therapy & Performance. Our Client Success Coordinator is the very first voice a potential or current client hears when they inquire about us and what we do. The relationship built from there can determine whether someone chooses us — and ultimately gains access to our world-class Therapy team, who are responsible for solving their problem and helping them reach their goals. Their success depends on that first interaction.
This position is responsible for guiding new clients along their journey to success. That includes helping them feel comfortable choosing us and our team, accommodating their needs through the treatment process, and continuing the relationship even after they've reached their initial goals.
At Evolv, we strive not to be like most medical offices. Our priority is listening to the client's story, understanding how their injury is impacting them, and learning what they'd like our help accomplishing — making sure we're the right fit for them before getting them scheduled. From there, if they are the right fit, your role is to explain the value of what we do and the investment in our services that will get them back to their goals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answering phones and holding meaningful conversations with prospective clients, gathering the information that helps them succeed
- Greeting clients warmly when they arrive in the clinic — remembering names, faces, and the details that make people feel like they belong
- Scheduling and coordinating client visits in an organized, efficient way
- Following through on commitments and living up to verbal and written agreements
- Spotting opportunities to grow and expand the practice — and bringing new ideas to the table
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written/messaging
- Proficient in Google Suite and able to learn our scheduling and communication platforms
- Experience in customer service and administrative roles (front desk, sales, or reception experience is a strong plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Extremely coachable, with a genuine desire to grow and improve as our practice grows
- Lives an active, health-and-fitness-forward lifestyle consistent with who we serve

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $18–$25/hour, based on experience
- Job Type: Full-time preferred; part-time considered
- Clinic Hours:
- Monday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am – 7:30pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am – 7:30pm
- Thursday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Location: Cedarburg, WI 53012 — in person (commute to Cedarburg required)
- Start Date: Flexible, looking to fill soon
