We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Pool Attendant to help oversee daily pool operations and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for residents and their guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet pool patrons and answer questions about pool rules.
- Check pool tags for all guests.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure rules and safety guidelines are followed.
- Report concerns, complaints, or incidents to management promptly.
- Test chlorine and pH levels using the provided test kit.
- Skim debris from the pool and empty skimmer baskets as needed.
- Keep the pool deck, chairs, and tables clean and orderly.
- Periodically check hallway bathrooms for cleanliness and supplies.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to calmly handle incidents and enforce rules professionally.
- Prior pool, recreation, or hospitality experience is a plus.
Pay: $16.50 per hour
