As a Telecom Sales Representative, you’ll connect our customers to what matters most through reliable AT&T’s mobile services. The Telecom Sales Representative breaks down complex data plans into easy-to-understand advantages, turning confusion into assured sales choices during sales chats about connectivity.
Responsibilities of the Telecom Sales Representative
- Assess our customer habits to recommend AT&T wireless solutions, including smartphones, unlimited plans, and mobile connectivity services.
- Match customers with compatible devices and wireless plans by explaining storage capacity, network compatibility, and mobile performance features.
- Assist with account activations, device upgrades, service migrations, number portability, and account modifications throughout the customer journey.
- Generate additional sales by recommending connected devices, mobile hotspot solutions, and account features that improve wireless performance.
- Explain wireless technologies, 5G connectivity, device specifications, and account features in a way customers can easily understand.
- Strengthen customer relationships through personalized follow-up, account reviews, and sales recommendations.
Qualifications of the Telecom Sales Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Goal‑oriented with motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Reassures customers during decision‑making, strengthening confidence.
- Committed to growth by turning sales into long‑term account expansion.
Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year
