Job Responsibilities:

Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them based on customer requests, including adjustments in temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.

Be flexible and available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, retail, or hospitality environment preferred.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate, coach, and support team members during assigned shifts.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Previous Starbucks or specialty coffee experience.

Experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash transactions.

Food Safety Certification (or the ability to obtain certification upon hire).

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
