What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, drivers, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.

Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and delivery appointments, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.

Observe inbound and outbound vehicle traffic, communicate with drivers and dispatch personnel, and report access irregularities or policy concerns to site leadership.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
