Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out patients in a welcoming, professional manner
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage daily patient flow in a busy clinical environment
Assist with patient consultations and basic clinical support tasks
Process payments and manage patient accounts
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Assist with billing and insurance claims processing and follow-up
Maintain accurate records using electronic health systems
